#chick vs adult

  I am having difficulty sorting out the differences, is there a way to magnify the photo? If not what are the distinguishing marks from chick to adult? these look like chicks as they are fuzzier, and feet show, orange. any other clues? what do I do if in doubt? sldpac

  I have the same questions. If I could download these images to photoshop and enhance them the clarity and thus accuracy would be greatly improved. Is there a FAQ page?

  Hi guys,

  Most of these are chicks (Gentoos) since they have no white patches on their heads as adult Gentoos do. Here are some basic differences for each of the species you can see in these images: CLICK HERE.
