Unknown bird?

There is a bird(?) in the upper right corner that has the markings of a penguin, but the legs and shape don't look right. Which leads me to ask, if we find a bird that is not on the list, what is it best to mark it as?

I wasn't sure what that was either. If we see a bird that is not on the list, what is it best to mark it as?

If you do see a bird not on the list make another comment here, so that the moderators can pick it up and alert the scientists.
