Penguin Watch Talk

Another case of 'straight from the 'yes/no/can't tell' page to 'thank you for your classification'

Had the following report from http://talk.penguinwatch.org/#/users/Mel-e
    http://talk.penguinwatch.org/#/subjects/APZ0003gih

I've asked for more details. But just to alert everyone.

Has anyone else had this happen, clicking "yes" and then getting the "thank you?"

Many users all the time 😦 But none of them has provided enough details for the developers so far.. (They are aware of this issue but I think they're unable to reproduce that).

Yeah, we'll need more details to try to figure out what's triggering that...

For what it's worth, Occasionally I will try to mark "Yes" but move the mouse just enough that the selection doesn't "take", so when I mark OK I then get the "Thank you" without having done a count. The problem in that case is not the software, but operator error.

Yes, we're aware of that. But you can never be sure that this is the same cause for other users 😕

No of course not. Sorry to not be helpful.

Oh you can never tell when you will add a comment that suddenly turns on an inspirational light bulb gardenmaeve 😃 It's always worth mentioning ideas - it might well help 😉
