How to condense links to the FAQs

  Hi Yshish,
  Is it possible to put a link into the comment reply box under the pictures to link to the FAQs without using up lots of the 140 bytes do you know please?

  Hi Darren - any chance you could help me with the above query. Yshish is busy for most of today. We'd appreciate being able to pop easier links to the FAQs in our responses. THANKS!
