Ah - this one is so easy. It is a camera pole! So Dr Hart will have it on a map, he must have built it even. The structures just don't move around so they get marked on the 'data maps' right from the beginning. We then don't need to do anything with them at all. You don't need to mark any of them. Tents are worth marking as 'vessel' but are very very rare.
Biggest thing we had was the wonderful boat shed at Port Lockroy. We don't mark that any more = perhaps the computers have been taught to mark it for us 😃 : https://talk.penguinwatch.org/#/subjects/APZ0002yt6
