Camera Lens Partly Covered

I chose "Mark all penguins that there are" option but am unsure if there are penguins in the fogged side of the lens.

That's why you have the option "Too many penguins to count", which tells the scientists there are likely more you are unable to mark. The FAQs explain all this clearly. Have you found them yet? Do please take time to read them- as often as needed.
