You are quite right, they are indeed people 😃 Tours can continue until the 31st March after which you need a serious scientific reason to still be there, and tourism does not count for that. So these will be some of the last tourists we will see. Sadly for them it looks like most of the penguins have fledged/moulted and gone to see to feed. Very gloomy day on Petermann Island 😃
