Seal Catagory Needed?

I believe that there is a seal on the ice flow towards the back of this picture. But, there is no "seal" category when I click other.

Can another category be added?

Hello, @hoadick. We deal with seals in our excellent FAQ- have you perhaps not yet read that? 😃 FAQ 6 explains that you are to please mark seals, cormorants, and other unlisted animals as "Other" then click "OK", no species needed.

FAQ (Frequently asked Questions) are linked on the Home Page, every single Classification page, on the side of Talk's Recent page and the first item in Help under Discussion Boards. It really is required reading to mark accurately and really enjoy understanding what you see on Penguin Watch.

Second, another important marking rule explained in FAQ is that only moderators add hashtags here, so please delete just that # mark.

We can't remove the Comment field invitation to add a hashtag, but we are clear about the issue in FAQ. You are welcome to add a comment or observation, but not a hashtag.
