An underwater shrub?

  Just off the shore there is what looks like either some sort of thick vegetation growing in the icy water, or the reflection of a tree. But I wouldn't have expected to find either a tree or underwater vegetation in the Antarctic. Perhaps it's some sort of ice structure?
