Could you get better illustrations?

    Especially for the chicks. It is hard enough to see the adults, but the chick illustrations are not particularly useful.

    True. We spend a lot of time answering the same question because the pictures are so limited. We are also working hard on 'FAQ's to the same end - making it easier for our users to feel more confident about the odd pictures, making it easier to use the site, and answering general questions about the project.. Apart from all the wonderful adults out there helping to help the penguins, we also have lots of children (both at home and at school) helping with PW and we want to be sure that they too have a good experience of working on citizen science projects. Because we are all volunteers it takes a little longer to get these improvements to the developers. But we are going as fast as possible. Thank you for bearing with us.
