Magnification via browser

When I am in a couple of other Zooniverse sites, I can use my browser's magnification setting and it will enlarge the picture (and everything else), so I can get a closer look on something, then go back to non-magnified to do the marking. But on the penguin site the magnification function in my browser enlarges everything BUT the picture! Maybe the terrific tech folks can address?
