Red stuff on the rocks

I noticed some red colouration on the rocks, mainly in the left half of the image. Not sure what this is, but I didn't see it in the previous image I examined from this camera.

It's penguin poo showing signs of penguins eating lots of their favorite krill. The krill is coloured a bright red-orange, and thus the poo is also red. This is explained in your FAQs. It's not blood, and it's a good thing as it means they are eating well.
