Eggs

It was nice to see a clear glimpse of an egg. Normally they are really hard to spot. Sometimes it is clear that they penguin is incubating an egg in its broad pouch but as you can not see it I have not been marking it

I agree just seeing a broad pouch on a penguin does not always mean there is an egg there, having seen gentoos and King penguins whilst in the Falklands the pouch could just as easily be hiding a very young chick. Unless you can see an egg don't mark it.
