This one is a post office in Port Lockroy. There is a harbour which was used for whaling at the beginning of 20th century and during the WW II there was a British military base. It was renovated in 90's and now it is used as a museum, souvenir shop and post office. It is a very popular tourist destination in Antarctica. [wiki]
