Why is this group never overcrowded, and they always are so healthy looking (plump and well-groomed). Is it the environment of right next to the sea and isolation from other groups?

They do seem to have found themselves a very nice area! Not a long walk to the beach for food, plenty of room and not much chance for them to poop on each other. Perhaps there is no rock above them that a predator could sit on whilst waiting to be a nuisance. It will be interesting to see how their chick-raising efforts work out as the year appears through the pictures! We've seen seals near this rock - and that worries me!
