Does anyone else see that bear-like creature in the top-center part of the image?

Yes, as noted in the Comments this is a seal. Good eyes!
No bears here- no native land mammals at all.

Seals aren't on the list of Other animals, yet can be marked as "Other", no need to choose a species.

Another person saw one here the other day and on my monitor I couldn't quite be sure.
