There's something in the water top right under the ice but I'm not convinced it's a penguin

In the upper right just off shore in the white ice, it looks like an orca.

Hi- Please do read the comments before yours. It's rocks visible at low tide. Sadly, we've never had a whale sighting on Penguin Watch.
