Great question, @jmfreeman4 - The 2 calling penguins are adults. The chicks are fine, all gathered into protective creche groups so the parents can go fishing. Both mom and dad brood the eggs and chicks, and both work hard to feed and protect their 1-2 chicks per nest. It takes a lot of krill and fish, etc., to feed growing chicks! They are warm and dry, and soon crops will be well filled again.
