  That's OK. It's late in the breeding season and no penguins are visible. As soon as they moult from old feathers to new, waterproof feathers, they hurry to the sea to catch some fish and krill. None of the penguins can catch any food to eat while they moult, so they are hungry!

  We would mark this photo as" I can't tell" if you aren't sure if any animals are here, or "No animals" if you are sure there are no animals visible.
