    Despite what @gardenmaeve said, I can see only Gentoos here. You can recognize them by the white head patches (when adult).

    Perhaps matterri sees the white head markings on the peng laying down behind, as if those marks are on the crown of the centre peng's head?

    Thanks, @LCB. I think you are correct! If so, it is as yshish and I said- all Gentoos, and an optical illusion or misreading of what is truly present in the image. Your help is appreciated, LCB.
