  Totally possible. Looks like there's a group of cormorants living down on that lower area of rock to the top left of the picture 😃

  Yep, they are also nesting in this site 😃 Please, mark them as Other animals (no need to choose the species).

  Hi, @Ellen_B . Read the comments below yours to learn they are Blue-eyed shags or cormorants. Mark by choosing Other, but do not choose a species.
