  Couldn't identify the birds at the edge of the rocks in the centre of the picture but couldn't classify as "other"

  They are antarctic shags (cormorants). Just mark them as Other animals without choosing the species from the list. Thanks. More in the FAQs.

  think this has a group of Antarctic shag (Phalacrocorax bransfieldensis) at teh centre which i marked as gulls due to lack of choice

  When you read the helpful FAQ (check FAQ6 for cormorants) you will learn how to mark anything you see.
